Our goal is to provide technology that achieves the highest levels of business availability and flexibility. Motley Rice's state-of-the-art facilities are capable of handling network, application and data support for clients and co-counsel worldwide.
Our case management system is equipped to handle over 300,000 cases. The system provides comprehensive administrative claims and settlement processing, prompting rapid and accurate receipt, expensing and disbursement of monies received. Our video teleconference center allows attorneys and staff to attend meetings and depositions and provide our clients with in-person representation without the expense of traveling to the site.

At Motley Rice, we design, develop and maintain our own websites. From our main site, www.motleyrice.com, we are developing resources to allow current clients to access needed information. Prospective clients can access contact information and helpful details 24 hours a day.
Additionally, we have specific practice group websites that provide information and news that relate to important issues for our clients, co-counsel, and employees.
Motley Rice also has a video delivery system - MotleyRice.TV - that will provide a wide range of programming of interest to our clients and co-counsel in the form of streaming and downloadable video.
Co-Counsel Extranet
To ensure that co-counsel attorneys involved in joint litigation efforts with our team are kept informed about current events and activities, we provide a secure, regularly updated Extranet. Co-counsel, Motley Rice attorneys and staff may access the Extranet via the web to view deposition schedules, trial calendars, contact lists and other information.

In The Courtroom
Motley Rice's in-house litigation technology department is focused on acquiring the latest technology, and is looking ahead to tomorrow's developing resources. We work to educate our attorneys and staff about equipment usage and to provide our clients and co-counsel with the resources necessary to prosecute our cases effectively. Litigation software brings a case to life, making it more understandable and visually engaging to judges and juries. The systems and products created by this department afford our team the capability to argue cases more effectively by using modern, automated evidence presentation technology. Our litigation technology staff is fully trained on all of our state-of-the-art equipment. Whether a case requires simple document and photo scanning, VHS to digital video conversion or complex presentations on medical expert data, the Motley Rice team is prepared.
