Ongoing Investigation: Asiana Airlines Flight 214 Crash

Following the crash landing of Asiana Airlines Flight 214, Motley Rice aviation attorney and former U.S. Department of Transportation Inspector General Mary Schiavo and Motley Rice aviation lawyer Jim Brauchle have been guests on numerous news programs and quoted in several media outlets discussing the tragic plane crash.

While the investigation is ongoing, in a July 8 interview with CNN, Mary said the “video and other data related to the crash suggest the crew ‘lost situational awareness’ while approaching the airport.” She added, “They're low and slow and that's a problem.” Tragically, three passengers died and many others were injured.

Motley Rice attorneys have associated Chinese speaking co-counsel for Asiana 214 clients.
