Motley Rice LLC's headquarters is located on the banks of the Cooper River in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina. We are approximately 15 minutes from the Charleston International Airport.
Directions
From the airport, take Interstate 526 east toward Mount Pleasant. After one mile, take Interstate 26 East to Charleston. When the Interstate splits around Exit 221, take the Mount Pleasant exit and cross the Cooper River bridge. Stay in the right lane and veer right onto SC Highway 703 (Coleman Blvd.) toward Sullivan's Island. At the first stop light, follow the sign toward Patriot's Point by taking a right onto Bud Darby Boulevard. You'll quickly find Bridgeside Boulevard on the right. Turn right and our offices are straight ahead.
